By the people, for the people.
Operation P.U.L.S.E. (People United to Live in a Safe Environment) is a crime prevention program designed to have a positive impact by removing crime and violence from the East Baltimore community. We’ve been making our community a safe place to live, work, worship, go to school, and play for over 20 years.

In partnership with the Johns Hopkins Medical Institution Corporate Security, Operation P.U.L.S.E. trains volunteers with an extensive Crime Prevention Course in Operation Identification, Conflict Management, Public Relations, Courtroom Training, Citizens on Patrol, and most importantly, Evangelism.
We are a part of the church and spread the Word whenever and wherever we go. Once the security training is completed, P.U.L.S.E. volunteers take to the streets working with churches, the Baltimore City Police Department, schools, neighborhoods, community groups/leaders, and other city agencies to set up security ministries.
The heart of our mission is to continue to make our community a safe place to live, work, worship, go to school, and play. With the help of our Community Partners, Volunteers, and the generous donations of our supporters, we have been able to give away backpacks and school supplies to hundreds of children, feed those in need, and develop programs that educate and train on what to do to help victims of drugs and crime.
Our educational programs and events include information and training about how to combat human trafficking, what to do to save a life with Naloxone training if someone has overdosed, and training on life-saving techniques to stop a victim from extreme blood loss leading to death. With these kinds of programs, we aim to lower overdose deaths in our community and decrease the homicide rate, minimizing the deaths of shooting victims and victims of otherwise, deadly attacks.
Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and improve conditions. Your generous donation will fund our mission.
